سياسة الخصوصيةPrivacy policy

توضّح هذه السياسة كيف تجمع شركة وسام للاستشارات الهندسية البيانات الشخصية وتستخدمها وتحفظها وتحميها، وحقوقك فيها، وفق نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة العربية السعودية ولوائحه. This policy explains how WESAM Engineering Consulting collects, uses, keeps and protects personal data, and your rights over it, under the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its regulations.

  • عملاء الشركة من الأفراد، وممثّلو العملاء من الشركات والجهات (مثل شخص التواصل أو المفوَّض).Our clients who are individuals, and the representatives of clients that are companies or organisations (such as a contact person or authorised agent).
  • من يتواصل معنا أو يطلب خدمة عبر الموقع أو الهاتف أو واتساب أو البريد.Anyone who contacts us or requests a service through the website, phone, WhatsApp or email.
  • زوّار هذا الموقع.Visitors to this website.

بيانات الشركات نفسها (اسم المنشأة وسجلّها التجاري) ليست بيانات شخصية، لكننا نحميها بالقدر نفسه. Data about companies themselves (business name, commercial registration) is not personal data, but we protect it the same way.

٣. البيانات التي نجمعها3. What we collect

  • بيانات التعريف والتواصل: الاسم، وأرقام الجوال، والبريد الإلكتروني، والعنوان الوطني، ورقم الهوية أو السجل التجاري، واسم شخص التواصل.Identity and contact details: name, mobile numbers, email, national address, national ID or commercial registration number, and contact person.
  • بيانات المشروع: المستندات التي تسلّمها لنا كالصكوك والمخططات والرخص والقرارات المساحية، وصور الموقع، وتقارير الزيارات والإشراف.Project details: documents you give us such as title deeds, plans, permits and survey decisions, site photos, and visit and supervision reports.
  • البيانات المالية: المطالبات والفواتير، والدفعات ومراجع التحويلات البنكية، وملاحظات متابعة السداد.Financial details: claims and invoices, payments and bank transfer references, and payment follow-up notes.
  • المراسلات: ما تتبادله معنا عبر البريد أو واتساب بشأن خدماتك.Correspondence: what you exchange with us by email or WhatsApp about your services.

  • عند إرسال نموذج «تواصل معنا»: اسمك، ورقم جوالك، والخدمة المطلوبة، وتفاصيل الطلب.When you send the contact form: your name, mobile number, the service you need and your request details.
  • للحماية من الرسائل المزعجة نحفظ مدة ساعة واحدة رمزًا مختصرًا مشتقًّا من عنوان اتصالك (IP)، لا العنوان نفسه.To protect against spam we keep, for one hour, a short code derived from your connection (IP) address, not the address itself.
  • لغة العرض التي تختارها تُحفظ في متصفحك أنت فقط ولا تصل إلينا.The display language you choose is saved in your own browser only and never reaches us.

لا يستخدم الموقع ملفات تعريف ارتباط (كوكيز) ولا أدوات تتبّع أو إحصاءات زوّار أو إعلانات. ولا نجمع بيانات حسّاسة عن العملاء كالبيانات الصحية أو الحيوية، ولا نقدّم خدماتنا للقُصَّر. The website uses no cookies, tracking, visitor analytics or advertising. We do not collect sensitive data about clients such as health or biometric data, and our services are not offered to minors.

٤. كيف نجمعها4. How we collect it

  • منك مباشرة: عند التعاقد، أو تعبئة النموذج، أو مراسلتنا، أو تسليم المستندات.From you directly: when you sign a contract, fill in the form, message us or hand over documents.
  • من ممثّلك أو من الجهة التي تعمل لديها إن كانت هي عميلنا.From your representative, or from the organisation you work for if it is our client.
  • من المنصّات الحكومية بالقدر الذي تتطلّبه معاملتك (مثل منصّة بلدي).From government platforms as far as your transaction requires (such as the Balady platform).

٥. لماذا نستخدمها، وعلى أي أساس نظامي5. Why we use it, and on what legal basis

  • تنفيذ الخدمات المتعاقد عليها (التراخيص والمعاملات الحكومية، والتصاميم الهندسية، والإشراف): لأن المعالجة لازمة لتنفيذ العقد بيننا.Delivering the services we agreed (permits and government transactions, engineering design, supervision): processing is necessary to perform our contract with you.
  • الرد على طلبك قبل التعاقد وإعداد عرض السعر: بناءً على طلبك أنت.Answering your request before a contract and preparing a quote: at your own request.
  • إصدار المطالبات والفواتير ومتابعة السداد وحفظ السجلات المالية: لتنفيذ العقد، وللوفاء بالتزاماتنا النظامية المحاسبية والضريبية.Issuing claims and invoices, following up payment and keeping financial records: to perform the contract and to meet our legal accounting and tax obligations.
  • التواصل معك بشأن خدماتك ومواعيدها: لتنفيذ العقد.Contacting you about your services and their dates: to perform the contract.
  • حماية أنظمتنا من الإساءة (مثل الحدّ من الرسائل المزعجة): مصلحة مشروعة لا تمسّ حقوقك.Protecting our systems from abuse (such as limiting spam): a legitimate interest that does not override your rights.

لا نستخدم بياناتك للتسويق، ولا نبيعها، ولا نتخذ بشأنك قرارات آلية دون تدخّل بشري. وإن احتجنا مستقبلًا إلى استخدامها لغرض آخر طلبنا موافقتك أولًا. We do not use your data for marketing, do not sell it, and make no automated decisions about you without human involvement. If we ever need it for another purpose, we will ask for your consent first.

٦. مع من نشاركها6. Who we share it with

  • الجهات الحكومية المختصّة بالقدر الذي تتطلّبه معاملتك، مثل الأمانة والبلديات ومنصّة بلدي.The competent government bodies as far as your transaction requires, such as the municipality and the Balady platform.
  • مقدّمو الخدمات التقنية الذين تعمل عليهم أنظمتنا (الاستضافة السحابية، والبريد الإلكتروني)، بالقدر اللازم لتشغيلها وبموجب التزامات تحفظ سرّيتها.The technical providers our systems run on (cloud hosting, email), as far as needed to run them and under confidentiality commitments.
  • أي جهة يلزمنا نظام أو أمر من جهة مختصّة بالإفصاح لها.Anyone a law or an order from a competent authority requires us to disclose to.

٧. أين تُحفظ، ونقلها خارج المملكة7. Where it is kept, and transfer outside the Kingdom

تُحفظ بياناتك في أنظمة الشركة الإلكترونية وعلى أجهزة المكتب في جدة. بعض هذه الأنظمة مستضاف لدى مقدّمي خدمات سحابية تقع خوادمهم خارج المملكة، في ألمانيا والهند، وخادم هذا الموقع في قطر. ننقل إليها الحدّ الأدنى اللازم لتشغيل الخدمة، ونختار مقدّمين يطبّقون ضوابط حماية معترفًا بها، وفق ما تسمح به لائحة نقل البيانات الشخصية إلى خارج المملكة. Your data is kept in the company's electronic systems and on office computers in Jeddah. Some of these systems are hosted by cloud providers whose servers are outside the Kingdom, in Germany and India, and this website's server is in Qatar. We transfer only the minimum needed to run the service, and choose providers that apply recognised safeguards, as permitted by the Regulation on Personal Data Transfer outside the Kingdom.

٨. كيف نحميها8. How we protect it

  • لا يصل إلى أنظمتنا إلا موظفو الشركة المختصّون، بحسابات شخصية وصلاحيات بقدر عمل كل منهم.Only the company's authorised staff can access our systems, each with a personal account and only the permissions their work needs.
  • الاتصال بأنظمتنا وبهذا الموقع مشفّر، وطلبات الموقع محفوظة في مجلد لا يمكن فتحه من الإنترنت.Connections to our systems and to this website are encrypted, and website requests are kept in a folder that cannot be opened from the internet.
  • لدينا إجراء مكتوب للتعامل مع أي تسرّب للبيانات، يشمل إبلاغ الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي وأصحاب البيانات المتأثّرين في المهل النظامية.We have a written procedure for any data breach, including notifying the Saudi Data and AI Authority and the affected people within the legal time limits.

٩. مدة الاحتفاظ والإتلاف9. How long we keep it, and destruction

  • بيانات التواصل والمستندات: طوال مدة التعامل، ثم المدة اللازمة لمتابعة أي التزام قائم، ثم تُتلف.Contact details and documents: for as long as we work together, then as long as needed to settle any open obligation, then destroyed.
  • المطالبات والفواتير والدفعات: المدة النظامية لحفظ السجلات المحاسبية والضريبية.Claims, invoices and payments: for the period the law requires accounting and tax records to be kept.
  • طلبات نموذج الموقع التي لم تتحوّل إلى تعاقد: ما دامت لازمة لمتابعة الطلب، وتُحذف عند طلبك.Website requests that did not lead to a contract: for as long as needed to follow up, and deleted when you ask.

الإتلاف يعني الحذف من أنظمتنا بطريقة لا تُستعاد بها البيانات، أو إزالة ما يدلّ على هويتك منها. Destruction means deleting from our systems so the data cannot be recovered, or removing whatever identifies you from it.

١٠. حقوقك وكيف تمارسها10. Your rights and how to use them

  • العلم: أن تعرف ما نجمعه عنك ولماذا وكيف نعالجه، وهو ما تشرحه هذه السياسة.To be informed: to know what we collect about you, why and how we process it, as this policy explains.
  • الوصول: أن تطّلع على بياناتك وتحصل على نسخة منها بصيغة واضحة.Access: to see your data and get a copy of it in a clear format.
  • التصحيح: أن تطلب تصحيح بياناتك أو إكمالها أو تحديثها.Correction: to have your data corrected, completed or updated.
  • الإتلاف: أن تطلب حذف بياناتك متى انتهت الحاجة إليها. ما يلزمنا نظام بحفظه (كالفواتير والسجلات المالية) نحفظه المدة النظامية فقط ونحذف ما عداه.Destruction: to have your data deleted once it is no longer needed. What a law requires us to keep (such as invoices and financial records) we keep only for the legal period and delete everything else.
  • الرجوع عن الموافقة: متى كانت المعالجة قائمة على موافقتك، فلك سحبها في أي وقت.Withdrawing consent: where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

لممارسة أيّ منها راسلنا على office@w-alhasani.com مع اسمك ورقم الجوال المسجّل لدينا. نتحقّق من هويتك أولًا حتى لا نسلّم بياناتك لغيرك، ثم نردّ خلال 30 يومًا، دون مقابل. To use any of these rights, email office@w-alhasani.com with your name and the mobile number we have on file. We first verify your identity so we never hand your data to someone else, then reply within 30 days, free of charge.

١١. الشكوى11. Complaints

إن لم يُرضك ردّنا، فلك أن تتقدّم بشكوى إلى الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي (سدايا)، الجهة المختصّة بنظام حماية البيانات الشخصية. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you may complain to the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA), the authority responsible for the Personal Data Protection Law.

١٢. التواصل عبر واتساب12. Contacting us on WhatsApp

إن راسلتنا عبر واتساب فرسالتك تمرّ عبر خدمة واتساب وتخضع لسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بها، ونتعامل نحن مع محتواها بالطريقة الموضّحة في هذه السياسة. If you message us on WhatsApp, your message passes through WhatsApp and is subject to its own privacy policy; we handle its content as this policy describes.

١٣. التعديلات على هذه السياسة13. Changes to this policy

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة عند تغيّر خدماتنا أو الأنظمة. يظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث أسفل الصفحة، وإن كان التغيير جوهريًا يمسّ حقوقك أبلغنا عملاءنا الحاليين به. We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date of the last update appears below, and if a change materially affects your rights we will tell our current clients.
